• Assisting Clients in their position as Creditors to Debtors who have gone bankrupt, particularly in efforts to coordinate with the Curator and Commercial Court in efforts to obtain payment (2024).
• Assisting clients in out-of-court settlement efforts regarding disputes regarding Construction Services Agreements, particularly differences of opinion regarding the total progress achieved (2024).
• Assisting clients in negotiating the resolution of differences of opinion in insurance policies through consumer complaints institutions under the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (2024).
• Assisting clients to reach conclusion over obtain disputes with their contractors by requesting a binding opinion from the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) and following up by making an agreement based on BANI’s binding opinion regarding the payment of the Final Quantity (FQ) value (2023).
• Assisting clients in the arbitration process at the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) to resolve disagreements over the amount of retention payments for the High Voltage Air Line (SUTT) construction project in Riau (2023).
